Why does a charge disrupt the varying mystic?

Jeff Beck: My name is Jeff, it doesn't take much to figure me out. I like to listen to music, and just hang out with my friends. I enjoy making people laugh, football, and wasting time. I plan to graduate this year and either move into the medical field, or go into journalism. I currently reside in the cold state of Wisconsin, but plan to pursue some of my life in Oregon.
